Terms of Service

Welcome to Gigi Flower Studio. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

  • All products are sold subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers, colors, or packaging of equal or greater value when specific items are unavailable due to seasonality or supply.
  • Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual arrangements may vary slightly.

2. Orders and payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses or recipient details.

3. Delivery and pickup

  • Deliveries are made within our service areas during business hours.
  • Same-day delivery is subject to order cut-off times and product availability.
  • If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the courier may leave the flowers with a neighbor, at the front desk, or in a safe place, unless specific instructions were provided.

4. Refunds and returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders for same-day delivery cannot be canceled once in preparation.
  • Future-date orders may be canceled at least 24 hours prior to delivery/pickup time for a full refund.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, traffic, accidents, third-party courier issues).
  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order.
