Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gigi Flower Studio. We strive to make every delivery a wonderful experience.

1. Delivery areas

• We currently deliver from Miami to Boca Raton and surrounding areas.
• Deliveries outside of our standard zones may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

2. Delivery fees

• Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from our studio.
• Exact delivery costs are shown at checkout once the delivery address is provided.

3. Delivery times

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6:00 PM.
• Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.
• We cannot guarantee exact delivery times but will do our best to honor any preferred time slots.

4. Recipient availability

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the selected time.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave the flowers with a neighbor, front desk, or in a safe location (unless specific instructions are provided).

5. Pickup option

• Free in-store pickup is available from our studio during business hours 

6. Delays

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or third-party courier issues.
