Thank you for choosing Gigi Flower Studio. We take pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers and want every customer to be delighted with their order.
1. Fresh flowers & custom arrangements
- Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been delivered or picked up.
- Please note that floral arrangements may vary slightly from the photos on our website, depending on seasonal availability.
2. Damaged or incorrect orders
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may request clear photos of the arrangement for review.
- If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement arrangement or a store credit.
3. Non-floral items (gifts, vases, etc.)
- Non-perishable items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if returned in unused condition within 7 days of purchase.
4. Cancellation policy
- Same-day orders cannot be canceled once they are in preparation.
- For future-date orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time to receive a full refund.
